Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Vanopa platform and website operated by Salfom Technologies Canada Inc.. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
You may not use Vanopa to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing communications
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or probe system vulnerabilities
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Store or process special-category data without lawful basis and appropriate safeguards
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Vanopa or Salfom Technologies Canada Inc.
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other customers' use
Communications compliance
When sending SMS or email through Vanopa, you must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, UK PECR, and similar laws. Maintain opt-in records and honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
Content standards
You are responsible for content entered by your staff. Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material.
Enforcement
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access. We may report illegal activity to authorities.
